Red Maple Vineyard and Corner Stone Caterers partner to create a wedding experience you will remember for the rest of your lives. Adopting the passion and philosophy of farm-to-table and pairing it with our knowledge of catering we provide ease of planning.
It’s a big day. We try to make planning your wedding as effortless as possible, allowing you to enjoy the journey and celebrate in your own personal style.
Your wedding with Red Maple Vineyard includes the menu, your wedding cake, a top shelf bar, staffing, event planning and all of the trimmings necessary for your event.
Also included are all tables, chairs, cutlery, china, glassware, solid linens, votive candles and toiletry baskets.
Available for heavily discounted prices: bistro lighting, live trees for reception, farm tables, fire pit and s’mores, beer canoe and more fun extras.

Seasonal menus for the spring, summer & fall will incorporate produce from our farm and from our partnering local farms.
An intimate tasting will ensure your approval of the final menu.
Customizing the menu to accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions is not a problem.

Corner Stone Caterers
Corner Stone Caterers opened its doors as a quaint gourmet food store and catering company in 1992. Little did we know, this "corner stone" would lay a solid foundation for decades to come. Seven members from our original production team share their passion for food, hard work ethic and positive spirit to deliver some of the most spectacular weddings in Westchester & now to the Hudson Valley. They are the real reason we have flourished and why we have been featured in numerous wedding magazines including Martha Stewart Weddings, The Knot & Westchester Magazine. We are excited for our ever-evolving farm-to-table venture at Red Maple Vineyard.

Gary and Liz Stone, their daughter Shae, & an incredible team of staff have come together to create Red Maple Vineyard.
Many of the same staff have been with the Liz and Gary since the birth of their catering company in 1992.
Married 35 years, Liz and Gary Stone met at the Culinary Institute of America and later embarked on a lifelong journey that spurred the opening of Corner Stone Caterers - a charming gourmet store and catering company based out of Rye, NY. Within a few years, they expanded with a central production kitchen in Port Chester and began hosting weddings at The Wainwright House. In 2012, the Stones started Red Maple Vineyard and have now ventured into farming and small-batch wines, ciders & beers.
From their store in Rye, head caterer at the Wainwright House and now Red Maple Vineyard, The Stone's have maintained their commitment to excellence and look forward to having you come be part of the experience.
